A cluttered desk is insightful and can make you feel depressed and demotivated. So, you need to tidy up, make your work area pleasant for yourself and others. Making your surroundings clean and tidy can positively affect your mood and make you luckier to stay focused; above all it is agood way to boost and supercharge productivity.

Take regular breaks                                                                                                                                                                                       Sometimes we cannot focus anymore because we stay in one place for too long; this causes us to be physically and mentally exhausted. So, it is imperative to take regular breaks to make sure you have frequent breaks. You can do that by setting your alarm for maybe five minutes. You can use this break to do something less demanding such as walking around, having a quick drink, do some exercises moves on the spot… the goal is to stay away from your working area. So, keeping hydrated is really important and can make a difference. Drink more, preferably water. This will help keep your brain alert, in good condition, therefore help with concentration and ultimately help to boost and supercharge productivity.

Reduce social media exposure                                                                                                                                                                           Social media is a big culprit for someone being unproductive. It is a significant source of distractions. It provides instant gratification from looking at pictures and videos by showing us things we like to do or associate. It requires minimal effort and can chew off much of our times. For example, you can plan to spend 15 minutes checking your account, but you end up spending 2 hours. And most of the time, it is a struggle to go back to work. One solution to remedy this issue is simply to stay away from social platforms; it would help to delete the related apps. If you really need to check your accounts, you can log in without the apps. Doing so will highly benefit you to cut down your usage.  

 

5. Have goals and plans                                                                                                                                                                                                     It is much easier to remain focused when working with goals and plans in mind. That way, you know where to start and where to head. You are mentally prepared for the workload. It would put less strain on your brain and allow easy flow of energy, therefore increase productivity.   Working with goals and plans already set up are significant ways to boost and supercharge productivity.
